letzten Sonntag war hier in Österreich Vatertag und natürlich hat auch mein Papa ein Kärtchen bekommen :)
Ich habe mich dafür am Design der Muttertagskarte für meine Mama orientiert, damit sie schön zusammenpassen, wenn sie nebeneinander auf dem Schrank stehen.

You might recognise the design from this mothers day card, I kept them similar so they would look like a set when my parents put them up together ;)

ich gestehe: bei dieser ist nichts nach Plan gelaufen und sie sieht jetzt auch ganz anders aus als ich sie mir vorgestellt hatte aber das Ergebnis mag ich trotzdem :)

Heute ist Muttertag in Österreich und meine Mama hat uns (wie bestimmt eure vielen von euch auch) als Kindern sehr oft das Buch 'Weißt du eigentlich wie lieb ich dich hab?' vorgelesen. Sie liebt es bis heute und darum war für mich klar, dass eines der Motive von Anita Jeram auf eine Muttertagskarte musste.

It's mother's day in Austria today and when we were little our mum used to read us 'Guess How Much I Love You' all the time (as I'm sure many of yours did as well!). She still loves the book to the day so using one of the Anita Jeram stamp sets for this card was a no-brainer for me.
