Hallo ihr Lieben, es ist wieder an der Zeit für die

Unser Thema ist 'Inspiriert von einem Lied' und ich muss sagen, ich hatte schon fast zu viele Ideen dazu und hab deswegen richtig lange gebraucht um mich zu entscheiden. Geht es euch da ähnlich? Am Ende hat dann das ganz offensichtliche Vinyl-Set gesiegt, ich finde diese Aufgabenstellung aber so toll und werde euch dazu bestimmt noch eine andere Variante zeigen.

Das Thema finde ich dieses Mal super einfach, es heißt Sterne. Dazu sind mir sofort total viele Ideen gekommen und deswegen habe ich auch gleich zwei Karten zur Inspiration.


Ihr habt wie immer zwei Wochen Zeit, uns eure Werke auf dem Papercraft-Challenges blog zu verlinken.

Für die beiden Karten, die ich euch heute zeigen möchte braucht ihr gar nicht viel Material und Zeit - ein Stempelset mit vielen Sternen, weißes Embossingpulver, ein weißer Gelstift und ein schöner Spruch reichen um in ein paar Minuten eine schöne Karte zu zaubern.

The cards I'm showing you today are really easy to make and don't require a lot of time or material. All you need is a stamp set with lots of stars, white embossing powder, a white gel pen, a nice sentiment and a few minutes to put it all together. :)

Zig-zag! | Papercraft Challenges #17

Guten Morgen :)

es ist wieder Design-Team-Tag!

Dieses Mal lautet das Thema der Papercraft Challenge 'ZigZag' und ihr habt wie immer zwei Wochen Zeit, uns eure Werke hier zu zeigen.

Als Inspiration habe ich gleich zwei Karten für euch, dazu durften die süßen Fröschlein von Create A Smile über's Papier hüpfen.

Ich wollte außerdem unbedingt endlich das Nuvo Mousse ausprobieren. Für die erste Karte hab ich das Mousse einfach wie Stempelfarbe verwendet. Das wird natürlich nicht ganz so sauber aber man bekommt damit eine tolle Struktur. Den Frosch für Karte Nummer 1 habe ich - passend zum Thema ;) - mit Zigs koloriert.

Für die zweite Karte habe ich die Außenlinien der Dreiecke heat-embossed und die Nuvo Mousse wie Wasserfarben verwendet, um sie auszumalen. Hier bekommt man einen schönen Schimmer-Effekt.

Dieses Fröschlein habe ich mit Copic Markern ausgemalt.

To inspire you, I have two cards to show you and for them I used the froggies from Create A Smile.

I really wanted to finally try the Nuvo Mousse and for the first card I'm showing you I just used them like a stamping pad. The impression obviously isn't as clean but you get some great texture.

And because I wanted to stick to the theme I used my Zings to colour the frog. ;)

For card number two I heat-embossed the outlines of the triangles and coloured them with Nuvo Mousse, all I did was adding a little water. You get a great shimmer effect if you use them like this.

This time I used copic markers to colour the frog.

Red, White and Blue | Papercraft Challenges #15

Vielleicht habt ihr es schon in meiner Sidebar gesehen, ich wurde gefragt, ob ich für

designen möchte. Na, was soll ich sagen - möchte ich! :)
Ich freu mich total und bin auch ein bisschen aufgeregt, euch heute meine erste Karte zu zeigen.


Das Thema dieses Mal ist Rot-Weiß-Blau und ihr habt zwei Wochen Zeit mitzumachen. Verlinkt eure Werke dann einfach hier.


Für meine Karte hab ich echtes Wasser verwendet, dazu hat mich Birkas Video inspiriert. Passt hier unbedingt auf, dass die Ecken richtig gut 'dicht gebügelt' sind, sonst läuft da später alles aus.

I watched Birkas video the other day and it inspired me to use real water for my card. Please make sure that your corners are completely sealed when you try this, otherwise your card will drown later ):
